Very simple & delicious.
I have often not liked tempeh when trying new recipes, but this particular recipe, I really liked. I cooked the tempeh with liquid smoke & soy sauce. I put it on top of spinach with mixed chopped nuts & vegan ranch... It was delicious & healthy!
